All pieces of jewelry, in gold and 925/1000 sterling silver with precious and semi-precious stones, are handmade by master Milanese goldsmiths. The precious pieces combine charm and originality with the manufacturing rigor that has always distinguished "Made in Italy." The selection of stones and materials, along with careful and patient craftsmanship, makes every piece of jewelry unique.

Maria e Luisa creations do not require extraordinary maintenance, only love and attention. Burnished surfaces worn daily will become shinier over time, giving the jewelry an antique flavor that transcends fashion and time.

PURCHASE GUARANTEE

Every Maria e Luisa piece of jewelry (bearing the “Maria e Luisa Jewels” brand) is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months (if verified) from the date of purchase shown on the Certificate of Authenticity and/or Guarantee. 

During the warranty period and following inspection by the After-Sales service, components bearing a manufacturing defect will be replaced or repaired free of charge. After the warranty period has expired, any service or repair intervention will be at the customer's expense.

 

EXCLUSIONS

The following are expressly excluded from this International Guarantee:

  • defects or damages resulting from improper use (disassembly, tampering, modifications, unauthorized repairs, interventions performed by unauthorized centers);
  • defects or damages resulting from negligence, accidents, or abusive use;
  • routine maintenance and cleaning of the jewelry;
  • aging of the jewelry and consequences resulting from normal wear and tear.
